Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right after checkout.
Shipping
Orders ship from our fulfillment network, which includes Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Damaged or wrong orders
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it.
Returns
Because these are consumable pet food products, we can't accept returns of opened bags. Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days.
